This policy outlines the eligibility criteria, the return process, and the timelines for submitting return requests and receiving refunds.  

Return Eligibility Guidelines  

To make your return process smooth and stress-free, please ensure the following conditions are met:  

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, with no signs of wear, washing, or alterations.    
     
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.    
     
  • Products should be returned in the same clean and undamaged condition in which they were received.    
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.    
     
  • To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team within the specified timeframe.  

Returns that do not comply with these guidelines or are requested beyond the eligible period may not be accepted.  

How to Initiate a Return

2. Share Supporting Evidence    
If relevant, attach clear photos highlighting any defects, damages, or concerns related to the product. This helps us verify and process your request more efficiently.  

3. Follow the Return Guidelines    
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address along with step-by-step instructions to complete the return process.  

Please note that returns not meeting the conditions specified in our Return & Refund Policy may be declined.  

Refund Process and Timeline  

Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria outlined in our Return Policy. You will be informed of the outcome, indicating whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is successfully processed.  

Partial Refunds  

In some instances, a partial refund may be granted if the returned item exhibits minor damage or is missing certain components, and therefore does not fully comply with our return policy requirements.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return. To help us address the issue quickly, kindly email us with clear photographs or a brief video clearly showing the problem.
