Shipping Locations  

We currently deliver to addresses within India. At this time, our shipping services are limited to domestic locations only, and international shipping is not available.  

Order Processing and Dispatch  

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details as soon as the processing begins.  

Estimated Delivery Timeline  

Our standard delivery timeframe is between 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the efficiency of the courier service in your area. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, logistical challenges, or high-volume periods.  

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse. To arrange for re-shipment, please reach out to our customer support team.  

Lost or Damaged Packages  

If your order arrives damaged, we are here to help. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the damaged item for verification. In the case of lost shipments, we will work closely with our delivery partners to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
